To claim profiles claimed by another user at TripAdvisor, you'll need to:

1. Sign in to your TripAdvisor account, register, and verify your identity as a business representative. 

1. Visit the owner support page. Be sure to update the 'Your Property' and 'What do you want to do' menu with the option 'Report ownership change'
2. Add the required documents as per TripAdvisor dialogs and complete your request via "Submit" button.

You should get a message like:

Once we verify the information, we'll make the appropriate changes to your listing. Please note that only the new owners can initiate this request.
