Claiming profiles claimed by another user on TripAdvisor
How to claim a profile that is already claimed on TripAdvisor?
To claim profiles claimed by another user at TripAdvisor, you'll need to:
- Sign in to your TripAdvisor account, register, and verify your identity as a business representative.
- Visit the owner support page. Be sure to update the 'Your Property' and 'What do you want to do' menu with the option 'Report ownership change'
- Add the required documents as per TripAdvisor dialogs and complete your request via "Submit" button.
You should get a message like:
Once we verify the information, we'll make the appropriate changes to your listing. Please note that only the new owners can initiate this request.
