How to use the AI Assistant for content generation?

Create venue summaries, write review responses, and generate engaging post content effortlessly with AI assistance.

The AI Assistant is a new feature designed to make your workflow faster, easier, and more personalized. You’ll find dedicated AI buttons throughout key sections of the platform:

  • Venue tab: Generate quick summaries or detailed descriptions in seconds.
  • Reviews: Write smart, professional responses instantly.
  • Post campaigns: Create engaging posts that capture your audience’s attention.

Simply click the AI button, chat with the assistant, and get personalized suggestions tailored to your needs. Save time, boost your content, and make every interaction count—effortlessly.

How to use the AI Assistant?

Venue tab

1. Open a venue from the Venue tab and navigate to the Summary section. 

2. Click the Edit button, and you’ll see a new button labelled Generate summary.

3. Click Generate summary to start a conversation with the AI. You can:

    1. Describe your business, so the AI can create a summary based on your input.
    2. Or, if a summary already exists, ask the AI to rewrite it by clicking the Rewrite button.

4. Click Insert to apply the AI-generated summary.

Reviews

1. Open the Reviews section, find the review you want to respond to, and click the Reply button.

2. Click the Generate reply button. You can either:

    1. Describe your response manually to the AI, or
    2. Click the Suggest button to receive an AI-generated suggestion.

3. The AI will provide suggested responses. You can customize the response by chatting with the AI to match your tone and style. Once you’ve chosen your preferred response, click Insert to apply it.

4. After inserting the reply and reviewing it, click Reply to send your response to the platform (e.g., Google).

Post campaigns

1. Go to the Post Campaigns section and click Create post or edit an existing draft.

2. Go to the content section and click the edit button.

3. Click the Generate content button to start generating content for the post campaign.

4. You can:

    1. Describe the campaign goal or topic, and the AI will generate engaging post content.
    2. Ask the AI to suggest content for the post campaign.

5. Review the AI-generated suggestions, make any adjustments, and click Insert to add the content to your post.

6. Fill in all the remaining required fields for the post and click the save button.
