Localistico Reputation Management Score

Understand your reputation score and boost your customer satisfaction.

Reputation scoring is a composite score that reflects how effectively you manage your overall reputation. It combines ratings, sentiment, and response metrics to help you track performance and identify areas for improvement. The score ranges from 0 to 100, giving you a clear snapshot of your reputation.

This score is not public or visible on external platforms like Google. It is an internal Localistico metric that aggregates multiple data sources to assess the health of your reputation management.

Customize your score with filters

You can analyse your score by applying different filters:

  • Time periods: weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.

  • Venues: evaluate performance at specific locations

  • Tags: focus on particular products, services, or areas

This lets you see your score in a particular area and date range, helping you make data-driven decisions.

How features can improve your score?

Some features, like automatic replies, can boost your score because they:

  1. Help you respond promptly to reviews.

  2. Reduce response times, improving a key metric.

Here you can find more information on how to automatically reply to reviews.

How to interpret score colours?

  • 0–49 (Red): Urgent improvement needed.

  • 50–69 (Yellow): Good, but there’s room for improvement.

  • 70–100 (Green): Excellent. Achieving 100 is extremely rare—you’d need perfect scores across all KPIs. From 70 upwards, you’re performing very well.

How the score is calculated?

The Localistico Management Score is calculated using the following metrics:

  • Response rate (1/3)
  • Average rating (1/3)
  • Rate of positive reviews (1/3)

With the Response Performance feature enabled, the calculation is slightly different, as it also includes the Response Target Compliance Rate:

  • Response rate (1/4)
  • Average rating (1/4)
  • Rate of positive reviews (1/4)
  • Response Target Compliance Rate (1/4)

Here you can find more information on the Response Performance feature. It is a premium feature and may not be included in your subscription. If you are interested in subscribing to it, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
