Overview of the Publications tab

On this page, Localistico users can see detailed information on the publication.

Publications tab includes detailed information on the latest publication on Google, Apple Maps, Facebook, Store Pages and Bing. Publications can be found under Presence tab:

Localistico publishes also on other platforms, but those publications work differently, and the platforms don't provide reliable publication data to present. This is why this data is not presented on this page.

The information found on Publication tab:

1. Publication status:

   1. Successful: The last publication has been successful. Please note that once the publication is finished, the data may still be verified by the platform before it is visible for the customers. 
      
   2. Publishing: Localistico is currently publishing the data to the platform. Please note that the publication may take some time. Also, once the publication is finished, the data may still be verified by the platform before it is visible for the customers. 
      
   3. Failed: The last publication failed. This may happen because of invalid data or temporal disruption in the platform's API. Learn more about failed publications here. The reason for failed publication can be found under publication details or data quality.  
   4. Blocked: the data or missing credentials is blocking the entire publication to one or many platforms. Make the necessary corrections and publish again. The reason for the blocked publication can be found under publication details or data quality. 
      
   5. Partially published: A part of the data in Localistico is not supported or accepted by one or many of the platforms. Make the necessary corrections and publish again. In this example, Localistico would update everything else except the address since it is not meeting the Google's requierements:
   6. Profile never published: Profile is never published. This icon may appear because there are no valid credentials for the profile or the publication was simply never performed, like in the example below:

2. Last publication date

   1. Localistico displays in the publication details the last publication date:
      

3. Data accuracy per location:

   1. Customer can filter the location based on the accuracy or review the accuracy per location:
      
      Accuracy can be improved by solving all publication errors and publishing all active platforms periodically.
