How to assign users to manage businesses in accounts portal?

Introductions on how to manage which businesses each user manages.

New users

When creating new users, you may assign businesses for the users. Fill in the user data and assign a business or the businesses the users should have access to.

If the user has access to only one venue or a group of the venues, select those venues from the corresponding section one by one or by using venue tags. If the user should have access to all the venues created under the business, leave this section empty. Then select the role for the user. Read more about roles here. Once the user is ready, click on Save:

Existing users

First search for the user and click on it:

Click on assign business:

Select first the business from the list. If the user has access only to one venue or a group of the venues, select the venues from the corresponding section one by one or by using venue tags. If the user has access to all the venues in the business, leave the venues-field empty. Lastly, select the role for the user and save.

If the user has access to multiple businesses, repeat the process.
